About Kathy Subasic, founder of Forever Home, LLC
Kathy has over 20 years experience as an Occupational Therapist. She has expertise in many areas, including older adults at home, adults and older adults with neurological issues (such as stroke and MS), and young adults with traumatic brain injury.
Kathy is licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Connecticut, holds a PhD in Occupational Therapy, is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and has obtained an Executive Certificate in Home Modification from The University of Southern California Leonard Davis School of Gerontology. She also is a member of the national Home Modification Occupational Therapy Alliance, as well as the Connecticut Occupational Therapy Association.
She has presented at the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) national conference (AOTA), as well as state Occupational Therapy Conferences about home modifications for older adults.
Kathy is active in supporting the community through volunteering with organizations such as Rebuilding Together, AARP, and in both her local church and schools.
